Steven Boudreaux is a 2006 right handed pitcher from Katy, Texas, with good strength in his hips and legs. He has a good balanced delivery with a short, flat arm circle. Boudreaux’s fastball was 78-80 mph, and he had nice sink on the pitch. His change up was 72 mph with very nice sink, and might have been a split finger. Boudreaux’s 73 mph slider was also a good pitch. Boudreaux isn’t overpowering, but he commanded all three of his pitches well and had good movement down in the zone on them that should produce many groundballs.
