Tyler Bush is a 2012 OF/MIF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Bristol, CT who attends Bristol Eastern. Medium athletic build with room to fill. In the outfield, aggressive fielder with clean hands fielding the ball and feet that are light in his approach. Long, extended arm action on release. Solid arm action, online with some carry. Tools also would play at 2B. Slightly open stance at the plate with a high back elbow. Glides into the ball and hits it out front. Looks to pull the ball. Swing is on a line drive plane and hands have quickness in them. Showed strength with line drive that registered 87 mph off the bat. Very good student.
