Connor Hayes is a 2012 MIF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Bristol, CT who attends Bristol Central. Medium, lean build with lots of room to fill. Middle infielder with solid hands and feet. Fielding mechanics are not easy but they get the job done. Comes in on the ball well and can field and throw on the run. Straight stance at the plate. Consistent contact to the middle of the field. Average extension to finish. Long swing on the backside. Quiet swing actions that he repeated well. Projects to gain more power as he adds strength. Very good student.
