Cooper Burdick is a 2013 OF/2B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Duluth, GA who attends Peachtree Ridge HS. Medium build, slender look. Right handed hitter, wide crouched stance, rock back load, no stride, swings hard, some bat speed, lack of weight transfer cuts swing off out front, looks to pull, keeps hands over the ball well. 7.31 runner, works through the ball in the outfield, low release point costs carry and arm strength. Also pitched, long extended arm circle, 3/4's arm slot, stays on line well, fastball to 75 mph, soft curveball. Good student.
