Ronald Ramirez is a 2015 3B/RHP with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Jesuit HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. Right handed hitter, loose extended swing, long line drive swing path, hits to all fields, has some strength at contact. 7.19 runner, shows very good arm strength at third base, accurate throws, fields out front with soft hands, can work on lateral quickness. Two-way prospect on the mound, standard leg raise delivery, high 3/4's arm slot, works downhill well and gets the ball down in the zone. Mid-80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph with good arm side running action at times. Good depth on low 70's curveball, developing change up. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida State.
