Christopher Taylor is a 2014 RHP/OF/SS with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Nesbit, MS who attends Lewisburg HS. Medium athletic build, has some present strength. Solid delivery mechanics, repeats well, 3/4's arm slot, good tempo. Fastball to 83 mph, good arm side run when down in the zone, will come inside with fastball. Slider is good pitch, has bite and good depth, lots of swing/miss on slider, has feel for a change up, mixes pitches well, works quickly and is effective when working ahead. Right handed hitter, spread stance, swings hard, line drive swing plane, nice fluid swing, hard contact, has some hitting tools. Good arm from the outfield, can improve footwork. Solid all around athlete. Good student.
