Cody Heintzleman is a 2013 3B/1B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Niceville, FL who attends Niceville Senior HS. Large frame with a strong build, strong lower half. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot at first base, has a short arm action, has good agility around the bag, picks it well at first base, saves errors. Starts out with a wide base at the plate, line drive swing plane, good swing, shows bat speed, makes hard pull contact, has strength in his swing, hits inside part of the baseball, hits ball far when he squares up the ball. Is a good player with pop in his bat.
