Patrick Shore is a 2014 RHP/MIF, OF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Norwood, MA who attends Catholic Memorial. Shore has a large projectable frame. On the mound, he has a balanced delivery, with a twist at the top, and lands online. He has a big arm circle in back, long loose arm action, high ¾ arm slot with some effort. Shore is a strike thrower and attacks the zone. He has a good change-up, and maintains his arm speed, his out pitch is his 11/5 curveball which has good shape and depth. During the infield workout, he fields the ball out front, stays online, low ¾ arm slot, and made accurate throws. At the plate, Patrick had an aggressive approach, with lift in his swing. He is also a good student.
