Sam Jones is a 2007 3B/OF from Belleville, MI, with a good build that shows strength at 5-11, 175 lbs. Defensively, he is a very polished fielder. He has good hands and a smooth quick transfer. He has active feet and he moves effortless in the field with good body control and flexibility. He has a balanced swing with a quiet line drive approach. He is a contact type hitter with line drives to all fields. He is a top level prospect with good potential. Sam is a good student.
