Daniel Pelletier is a 2013 RHP/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Johns Creek, GA who attends Johns Creek HS. Tall athletic build with some present strength. Tall delivery, limited lower half use, upright finish, compact arm action with over the top release point, throws downhill and stays balanced, backside stays on the rubber. Steady upper 70's fastball, mostly straight with downhill plane, nice change up with good arm speed and nice deception, 11/5 curveball with soft spin and shorter break. More in his arm with delivery adjustments. Right handed hitter, long loose swing with some upper cut and power potential, has some bat speed, overswings at times, flashes pull power, jumps on fastballs over the plate, has hitting tools. Good student.
