Billy Bendig is a 2014 RHP/3B with a 6-4 225 lb. frame from Williamstown, NJ who attends St Joseph's. Big strong build, mature body for age. Strong arm, projects to throw hard. Mechanics are still developing, gets downhill some but could use height to create even more leverage. Very good Fastball for age, secondary stuff still a work in progress but show promise. Aggressive hitter with strength in his swing, okay contact skills but swing has some wasted motion that prevented him from using his strength to hit for power. A lot of upside, very promising young player.
