Hayden Willner is a 2013 RHP/3B, MIF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Watkins, MN who attends Eden Valley-Watkins HS. Medium frame with an athletic build. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot on the mound, short in the back, power arm action, drop drive delivery, gets downhill with upper half, has drive in legs, sound mechanics, curveball has 10-4 break to it, throws strikes. In the field gets feet to ball, has a short arm action, good throws, accurate. Starts with an open stance at the plate, good balance, has a line drive swing plane, shows bat speed, is a gap to gap hitter with pop. Is an intriguing prospect on the mound and is an excellent student.
