Mitchell is a 2005 MIF from Batavia, OH with a 5'9"/170 pound body. He hits with high hands and an open stance and has a good line drive approach to his swing. He shows good bat speed with quick hands with an aggressive approach to the strike zone. He showed some decent power to all fields. He topped out at 74 mph across the infield with good accuracy. He has quick feet and good range, and he has a good feel for the middle infield positions. He ran a 7.36 in the 60, and he is a good baserunner. Profiles at 2B for the next level and he will be a good one. Ryan is a good student.
