Shane Finley is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Yardville, NJ who attends Hamilton West. Tall athletic build, great pitcher's body. High 3/4 arm slot, short easy arm action, good arm speed, downhill plane, armside run on fastball, tight 10-4 slurve, tight 11-5 curveball, shows two quality breaking balls, will continue to improve with more polish in delivery. Line-drive hitting approach, gets extension in swing, goes to all fields, solid middle of the field contact, hitting tools project even more with added strength. Big arm strength in first base, ball comes out of the hand well, athletic actions.
