Feet are quick and hands field cleanly. Good arm action with very playable arm strength. Also showed very solid tools behind the plate. Low base, quick feet with good pop times. Showed arm strength and accurate throws. Right-handed bat with a wide stance and good approach and idea at the plate. Line drive swing, ball comes off well. Aggressive to the ball, has pull pop and good contact to all fields. Very good student.

Nick Sharrow is a 2012 SS/RHP, C with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Bolingbrook, IL who attends Plainfield East. Small athletic build, versatile and well rounded two-way prospect. Showed very well at SS, with soft hands and good actions, quick feet and a quick release. Solid arm strength in the field, behind the plate and on the mound, best position 2B/SS at present but has ability as C and RHP as well. At the plate showed solid bat speed which will increase with added physical strength, good extension. Showed good baserunning instincts. Showed a low effort online delivery on the mound, projects for more velocity down the road, 11-5 Curveball has solid break, good control. Good student.
