2011 NJ Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase
Ben Smallenbroek is a 2011 RHP/3B, 1B with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Davidsonville, MD who attends Archbishop Spalding. Tall athletic frame, good pitchers build. Uses height well in delivery, long arm action, gets downhill. Low effort, releases close to plate, solid command, gets good arm side run on Fastball. Showed 11-6 Curveball wtih depth to it. Arm projects for more velocity. Good student. Interesting prospect.
