Nate Cole is a 2011 RHP/1B with a 6-2 220 lb. frame from Plano, TX who attends Episcopal School of Dallas. Big strong physical build. Long arm action, on line delivery, good extension out front, arm works. FB very steady at 86 mph, touches 87. Soft curveball spin at 71 mph, release may be best suited for a slider, some feel for a change up, around the zone with all pitches, bulldog type mentality on the mound. Shows good raw power at the plate, upper body swing, ball comes off the barrel hard, could improve with more lower 1/2 use.
