Rios is a very good 2B without much size. He's one of those guys who looks much better in the games than in the workouts. He can play, he shows nice smooth actions, nice hands and a good 2B arm. He can run very well, especially in the games. He doesn't have the strength to man handle with wood, but he can hit. He has very good hitting skills. Nice swing and he seems to know what he's doing. He could be a very valuable JUCO player in the right program. He probably won't get much interest in the draft, but he is too good to not play at the next level. We really like the way he plays and he will help win games.
