Duncan Robinson is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-5 200 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends The Kinkaid School. Nice pitcher's build, tall and projectable. Standard delivery, 3/4's arm slot, fast and loose arm action. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, good running action at times, keeps fastball down in the zone and works the corners. Mid 70's curveball showed good tight spin and occasional 11/5 depth, some feel for a change up. Mixed his pitches up, worked quickly and had a good idea on the mound, should keep improving. Square stance hitting, upper body rotational swing, line drive swing plane, mid field contact. Good student.
