Slow paced delivery, long extended arm action, 3/4's arm slot, accelerates hard to the plate with some head jerk. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, tends to pitch uphill due to delivery mechanics, gets some run/sink when down in zone. Hard slider with velocity, short vertical break, effective when in the zone, has the arm strength. Good student.

Adam Jelovic is a 2013 RHP with a 6-3 225 lb. frame from Town and Country, MO who attends Parkway West HS. Big strong physical build. Drop and drive delivery mechanics, gets back turned well, quick wrapped arm action, tight 3/4's release. Fastball topped at 87 mph, wide FB variance between 87 and 81 but all mostly straight. 78 mph slider has some bite and depth, tends to slow body on curveball with similar shape to slider, developing change up. Around the zone with all pitches. Two-way prospect, comfortable stance, good balance, line drive swing, good bat speed, explodes at the ball, hard contact, especially pulling, has some lift/extension out front, best when keeping swing shorter. Good student.
