Brandon West is a 2010 3B/P with a 6'1'', 170 lb. frame from Sarasota, FL who attends Sarasota HS. Lean build. Even, crouched stance, no stride load, lets the ball get deep, quick hands, goes oppo well. His swing is short and simple, hit the ball hard. Moves well in the field, good actions with soft hands. On the mound, slow and deliberate delivery, Long, extended arm action that is smooth and easy. Good arm speed on CH, slurvey CB with good spin. Mixes pitches well. He is an outstanding student.
