Andrew Nelson is a 2011 C/3B/1B/OF/P with a 6'2'', 160 lb. frame from Omaha, NE who attends Millard West HS. Long and slender build, wirey strength. Wide base hitting, toe tap trigger, long aggressive swing with good bat speed, upper cut plane, drives ball to the gaps, can simplify/shorten approach, has hitting tools to develop. Good agility catching, raw footwork, long release, accurate throws, 2.05 best pop, athletic enough to play other positions. Good student.
