Tyler Hamer is a 2010 RHP/OF with a 6'4'', 175 lb. frame from Elburn, IL who attends Kaneland HS. Long and slender build, developing strength. High leg kick to start delivery, back leg collapse, long arm action with some wrap, deception in delivery, arm comes through pretty smooth. Consistent low 80's fastball with good arm side run, topped at 84 mph, maintained arm speed well on change, mostly straight. Didn't throw breaking ball. Balanced approach hitting, squared up well in games, line drive plane. Excellent student.
