Matt Boyd is a 2006 right handed pitcher from Manchester Central HS in Hooksett, New Hampshire, with a tall and lean 6'0"/185 pound frame. On the mound, Matt throws from a 3/4 arm slot with clean and short arm action. He has a high leg kick with a balanced and online delivery. Body showed good arm speed and a fastball with sink. He throws an 11-5 breaking curveball at 72 mph and has good arm speed on his 75 mph changeup that sinks. Body does a nice job of keeping hitters off balance and had a good game outing. Matt is a very good student.
