Mark Brown is a 2006 OF/RHP from Lansdale, Pennsylvania, with a greyhound style 6'0"/175 pound frame. He has very good speed with a 6.88-60 yard. Brown has great range in the outfield and a quick arm with excellent carry at 87 mph. As a right handed hitter, he hits from an upright stance and generates very good bat speed. Mark is a line drive hitter with good raw power and is also an aggressive base runner. On the mound, Brown throws from a 3/4 arm slot with clean arm action. He has a balanced and online delivery that uses minimal effort. Mark showed very good arm speed with an 86 mph fastball. He also throws an 11-5 breaking curveball at 68 mph. Brown has projectable velocity on the mound. He is a very good student as well.
