Joshua Jones is a 2005 middle infielder from Los Angeles California with an athletic frame at 5 ft. 10 165 pounds. He has a short compact swing with little extension. He has a downward swing plane, with a contact approach. He is a raw hitter with gap to gap line drive ability. He is a quick twitch type hitter with not a lot of power projection. He showed good athleticism with a 6.73 in the 60 and a 4.32 home to first. He has very good instincts and will steal a lot of bases. He has quick feet and showed very good range in the infield. He showed a strong arm with a low 3/4 slinging action. He has excellent speed and good potential to be a high level prospect. Joshua is a good student.
