Craig Hayes is a 2010 C/3B,1B with a 6'1'', 220 lb. frame from Sachse, TX who attends South Garland HS. Strong well proportioned build. Very spread stance hitting, hands pretty short to the ball, line drive swing with occasional lift, strength in swing, tends to reach on outside half of the plate. Very good raw arm strength, receiving skills and footwork still developing, would be interesting to see on the mound. Signed with Cisco JC.

Craig Hayes is a 2010 C/3B/1B with a 6'1'', 210 lb. frame from Sachse, TX who attends South Garland HS. Strong mature build. Wide spread stance, reverse stride, bent knee approach, good swing plane, uses hands very well, good base to hit from, stays inside of ball. The bat stands out. Big power potential. Very good raw arm strength, compact piece by piece release, receives under control, will have to work on lower 1/2 quickness. Very good student.

Craig Hayes is a 2010 C/3B/1B with a 6'1'', 200 lb. frame from Sachse, TX who attends South Garland high school. Hayes is a strong durable bodied catcher with a good arm and quickness behind the plate. He is a very good defensive receiver. In LA he showed outstanding hitting potential. He is an attacker who creates plus bat speed. The ball jumps off the wood in a hurry when he squares it up. He has power potential and needs to be followed closely by high level DIs and pro scouts. Hayes is a very good student as well.
