Conor Doyle is a 2008 outfielder with a 6'0'', 175 lb. frame from Coto De Caza, CA, who attends Santa Margarita Catholic High School. Doyle has a good frame that is projectable. He showed solid speed in the sixty (7.07) and in the field. Defensively he moves well in the outfield, and he gets to the ball quickly. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from a crouched and slightly closed stance. Doyle has a wide base and he grips the bat tightly. He is a contact hitter who hits to all fields. He shows bat speed at times, and he makes solid contact when he centers the ball. His hands work well in his swing, and he had some well hit balls in game action. He is a good student as well.
