Ryan Doerhoff is a 2010 3B/P/C with a 6'3'', 200 lb. frame from Flower Mound, TX who attends Trinity Christian HS. Big frame, solid present strength. Loose easy swing with extension, RH'd Jim Edmonds approach to start, shows bat speed with lift in swing, projects power, handles the barrell well, should develop as a hitter. Long wrapped release affects defense, moves laterally well at 3B, some raw arm strength shows when catching. Also pitched, FB to 81 mph, drop and drive delivery. Good student.
