Edward Colon is a 2006 outfielder/right handed pitcher from San Juan PR with a slender build at 6 ft. 0 160 pounds. He hits with a leg raise for a trigger but tends to be late getting his foot down. He has a short swing with a level plane. He gets out of the box quick with a 4.69 home to first and showed good hustle during the event. Defensively he showed a nice arm from the outfield with accuracy. He has a long arm action with an over the top release. He has a solid glove and showed good range. With added overall strength he will be a solid outfielder at the next level.
