Clinton Brown is a 2008 OF/3B/1B with a 5'11'', 184 lb. frame from Gainesville FL, who attends Buchholz HS. He has a high waisted build and good present strength. Brown is a good runner with 6.80 speed in the 60. He has an aggressive, hard swing from spread stance with his weight back. Brown has some lift in his swing and can hammer pitches in his hitting zone. His swing can get a little long and his aggressive approach causes him to pull off at times, but he has the tools to develop as a hitter. Defensively, Brown has solid tools and skills, with good balanced actions and some arm strength. Watch him for continued offensive development.
