Tyler Filliben is a 2010 SS/IF/OF that attends Christopher Columbus HS and resides in South Miami, FL with a 5'11", 152 lb. frame. Tyler has a lean athletic build with a lot of potential. At the plate Tyler gets good extension in his swing with good bat speed for his age. Tyler has a line-drive swing plane and can go to all fields. He has a good feel for how to hit and once he gets older and stronger could be a very solid hitter. In the outfield Tyler moves well to the ball and showed good raw arm strength. Tyler looked very strong in the infield. He has a quick and easy arm action and very good feel for his position. Tyler is very light on his feet and can get rid of the ball very quick. He is a strong student that will be a highest-level college prospect in a few years.
