Quentin Peters is a 2017 SS/2B, C with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Ft. Pierce, FL who attends Lincoln Park Academy High School. Medium build and frame with room to continue to add strength. Posted a 6.97 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, good ability to field ball with backhand and good fielding actions. Footwork was sound with developing arm strength. At the plate, started open with a high hand set and a toe tap timing mechanism. Fires hips well with a line drive swing plane and inconsistent timing. Will improve with additional strength and lower half incorporation. Very good student.
