Marc Soto is a 2016 RHP/OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Coral Springs, FL who attends Coral Glades HS. Slender athletic build, very young look, lots of room to get stronger. Knee/arm leg raise delivery, full clean arm circle, 3/4's arm slot, some energy at release. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, mostly straight, pounded the zone with his fastball and got lots of early count swings. Nice change up with arm speed and late sinking life, tends to slow arm on soft spinning curveball. Mixed his pitches well and has an idea how to pitch and should throw harder with additional strength. Good student.
