Alex Hassan is a 2006 right handed pitcher from Milton, Massachusetts, with a tall and lean 6'3"/180 pound frame. On the mound, Hassan pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with clean arm action and very good arm speed. He uses minimal effort and has a balanced and online delivery with leverage. Alex has a good tempo on the hill and very good command of his pitches. He has a natural cut fastball at 86 mph that he moves in and out well. He also throws an 11-5 tight breaking curveball with depth at 71 mph. Hassan has good speed as he ran a 6.89-60 yard in workouts. He is a right handed hitter and hits from a wide base with a no stride approach. He showed very good bat speed and good power potential. Alex is a potential two way player and a must follow. Hassan is also a very good student.

Alex Hassan is a 2006 right handed pitcher from Milton, MA with a tall slender build at 6-3, 180 lbs. He has a big, busy delivery with a high leg kick and full arm circle but does a good job maintaining his balance and direction to home plate. Hassan's best pitch is a 71 mph curveball that has good 12/6 bite and very nice depth at times. His 76 mph change up also is a quality pitch with good life and deception. Hassan's fastball topped out at 85 mph and it looks like there is more velocity in his arm and projectable body. Hassan is also a very good athlete who has prospect potential as an outfielder. He ran the 60 in 6.70 and showed plus bat speed and quick hands during batting practice. College coaches will realize that he's a 2-way prospect. Hassan is a excellent student off the field.

Hassan is a 2006 RHP/OF from Milton, MA with a 6'3"/175 pound body. On the mound, he throws from a 3/4 to low 3/4 arm slot with rotational mechanics and is slightly across his body, but he does create a good angle to throw from. He showed a good fastball at 85 mph with some movement. He throws a sharp slider at 72 mph and a 10-4 CB at 71 mph. His change-up was 76 mph with good tail. He is a legit two-way player as he ran a 7.00 60 and threw 88 mph from the outfield. He showed good bat control with tremendous bat speed and good power. His good speed also showed with 4 stolen bases in the game. He is definitely a player to watch as one of the top 2006 players in the Northeast. Alex is a very good student.
