Keifer Nuncio is a 2009 RHP/IF with a 6'2'', 195 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends Katy HS. Nuncio has a very good pitchers build and used a 3/4 arm angle to pitch up to 91 mph at the Metrodome. He has good mechanics and he's deceptive with a fast arm that works well. His fastball is heavy with sink and he also has a good curveball with sharp break. He completes his three pitch mix with with a 78mph change that has good life. He has a very nice total package on the mound and must be followed very closely. Nuncio is a very good student. He has made a verbal commitment to the Texas Longhorns.
