Bradley Winkler is a 2008 C with a 6'0'', 185 lb. frame from LaGrange Park IL, who attends Lyons Township HS. He has a good athletic frame with some p resent strength. Winkler ran the 60 in 7.86 and threw 70 mph during catching drills with a best pop time of 2.03. He has a quick release with a short, compact arm stroke. His throws were accurate. Offensively, Winkler gets to his front foot very early in his swing and tends to reach for most balls. He showed some strength and bat speed on pitches on the inside half that he can hit out front and pull. Staying back and using his strong hands will give him better balance and enable him to hit the ball hard to all fields while using his strength better.
