Christopher Metz is a 2010 RHP/OF with a 5'11", 195 lb frame from Somerset, NJ who attends Franklin HS. Christopher has a medium build that could add some strength. On the mound Christopher has a short arm action and gets nice cut action on his fastball. He shows a solid 11 to 5 curveball, but his mechanics have a lot of work to do. He is a high effort pitcher that falls towards first base, causing his command to be very inconsistent. At the plate Christopher is primarily a contact hitter at this point who needs to work on shortening up his swing. Christopher is a solid student that could attract the attention of a few smaller colleges.

Christopher Metz is a 2010 OF/P from Somerset, New Jersey, with a thick and stocky 5'10"/192 pound frame. Christopher hits from a slightly closed stance with high hands and a high back elbow. He is a front foot hitter that centers the ball well and has a solid upside. Metz has long arm action from the OF with solid actions defensively. He does a nice job getting behind the ball. Christopher pitches from a 3/4 arm slow with clean arm action. He has a quick delivery and a down ward plane to the plate. His fastball has late life at 72 mph and he has a solid 11-5 curveball at 63 mph. He does a nice job keeping the ball down in the zone.
