Clay Remole is a 2007 3B with a 6'1'', 170 lb. frame from Marietta GA, who attends Kell HS. He has a very nice athletic build and looks a bit bigger and stronger than his listed 170 pounds. Remole didn't run the 60 but has graceful athletic actions and shows good game speed. His defensive skills at third base are very good. He has plus arm strength when he sets and throws with a long release but also showed he could charge the ball and get rid of it quickly with some zip on it, too. Offensively, Remole hits from an open stance and low hands in his set up. He has a hand hitch to get his bat going and never gets fully closed to the ball. He has a pull/power approach and plenty of lift in his swing. Remole's hands are quick and strong and he generates nice bat speed. He's going to be susceptable to pitches away from him but he can crush the balls on the inside half that he can get extended to. Remole has good projection left and it will be interesting watching him develop further. He is a good student.

Clay Remole is a 2007 3B with a 6'1'', 170 lb. frame from Marietta, Georgia, who attends Kell High School. He has an athletic build with a projectable body. Defensively he has soft hands and the ball disappears in his glove. Remole has nice footwork and the instincts to handle the hot corner. He has good range and body control on slow rollers. He is a very good third baseman with the ability to play other positions. At the plate he is a right handed hitter with a mature approach. He has a short and quick bat path with good bat speed through the hitting zone. Remole stays balanced throughout his swing and gets good leverage at the point of contact. He turns on the ball well showing raw power and strength, and he drove the ball out of the park during batting practice. Remole will hit for average and power at the next level. He is a good student as well.
