Zachery Moore is a 2007 RHP/OF with a 6'1'', 165 lb. frame from Springfield OH, who attends Shawnee. Moore has a medium sized frame with a thin lean build. Moore pitches from a high 3/4 to over the top arm slot and uses a short arm action. He has a loose arm and throws with high effort. He uses a slow deliberate motion to balance point and maintains good balance through his delivery. His fastball is on a downward plane and he has solid command of that pitch. He throws a 12/6 curveball with big break and nice spin. He also throws a slider that is developing. At the plate, Moore starts with a medium width base and takes a deep late load. He swings on a line drive path and is a slap hitter. He keeps his hands inside the baseball and makes consistent contact. Moore is also a very good student.
