Jason Higdon is a 2007 1B/3B/OF from Bartow HS in Bartow, FL, with a 6'0", 185 lb. frame. Jason has a strong build, and did well in the workout sesssion. At the plate Jason has good balance in his swing with an aggressive approach and a level swing path. Jason has very strong hands and has gap-to-gap power. In the outfield Jason shows good range and a strong arm. Jason showed an easy arm actions with solid actions in the infield. Jason has solid tools right now, and might project best as an outfielder. Many high-level colleges should take notice of this prospect.
