TJ Harris is a 2006, C, 6'0-210 from Jacksonville, FL who attends Terry Parker HS. He has a big thick build with good strength. Harris is a catcher with 2.25 pop time in work outs and did even better in games with a 2.20 pop time on the bag. He has very good footwork and a smooth transfer. TJ moves well laterally and has good blocking skills. He is a RH hitter with very good balance and a quiet approach to the ball. He stays back well and likes to use the gaps. TJ really likes the ball low in the zone where he can drop the head. Harris should hit at the next level. His bat should get the interest of college coaches.
