Bryan Cole is a 2006 right handed pitcher from East Coweta High School in Newnan, Georgia, with a 6'4'', 215 lb. frame. On the mound he throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with a pause of his arm on the backside of his delivery, but still maintains good arm speed. His stop and go mechanics are deceptive to the hitter and disrupts their timing. Cole gets late life on his fastball that topped out at 85 mph, and it appears to jump on hitters. Cole works downhill with his fastball and shows solid control. He uses a slurve as his secondary pitch and he threw it in the 69-71 mph range with late break. Cole lands across his body causing his him to give up some control, but it helps the life on his fastball. Cole has very good upside for the next level and should be followed. He is also a good student.

Bryan Cole is a 2006 right handed pitcher from Newnan, Georgia, with a strong 6'3", 210 lb. frame. Cole has a big frame with a strong lower half. He showed good arm speed with a compact delivery. Cole throws from a normal 3/4 arm slot, and he got a very good downhill plane to the plate on his pitches. His fastball topped out at 80 mph with solid life. He also mixed in a curveball at 68 mph, and a change up at 72 mph. Cole had good separation of velocity on his pitches that helped keep hitters off balance. He pitched four innings and only allowed two hits, while striking out three and giving up 0 runs. A very good pitching line. He showed good control of his pitches and kept the ball down. Cole is also a good student.
