Brock might have been the top pitcher at Fort Myers. He has a good powerful yet projectable body with a very live arm. He showed good movement on his fastball at 88 mph along with a good sinking major league change at 80mph. He has command of all his pitches. His arm works well and he could be a real good 04 draft. He's going to throw harder and he's a very good student.
