Reid Sturn is a 2020 2B with a 5-6 135 lb. frame from Fircrest, WA who attends Peninsula HS. Shorter compact build, has the beginnings of some young strength. 7.43 runner, plays faster on the field with quick feet and quick reactions. Moves well defensively at second base, has good hands and made plays cleanly, good fundamentals defensively for his age. Right handed hitter, straight stance, short inside swing path, gets his lower half involved well, middle of the field approach but can pull the inside pitch and goes with the outside pitch well, future high average hitter. Aggressive baserunner who sees the game, hustling type player who plays above his tools. Very good student.
