Ricky White is a 2008 LHP/OF with a 5'10'', 175 lb. frame from Brawley, California, who attends Brawley Union High School. White has a compact body with present strength. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a short arm circle on the back side. He has a slow paced delivery and he throws with little effort. His fastball topped out at 68 mph, while he worked from 64-68 mph. He gets life at times on his fastball. White also mixes in a 65 mph breaking ball with loose rotation. At the plate he is a left handed hitter who hits from a slightly open stance with a high back elbow and a high hand set. White has the ability to hit to the opposite field. He is a good student as well.

Ricky White is a 2008 OF/LHP/1B with a 5'9'', 165 lb. frame from Brawley, CA, who attends Brawley Union HS. Stocky, well built frame. Defensively he charges balls well in the outfield cutting down the distance on his throws. White gets good reads off the bat as well. At the plate he is a left handed hitter who hits from a straight away stance with a toe tap trigger and a high hand set. White is a very aggressive at the plate and hits the ball to all fields. He is a very heady base runner turning a single into a double on a bloop hit and stealing second base and advancing to third on a short ball hit to the right side. On the mound he throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. He uses a high leg kick and opens his front side on his delivery. White throws strikes and he gets sinking action on his fastball that misses bats. White is an aggressive player with upside. He is a good student as well.
