Jesse Taylor is a 2018 OF/ with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Lakeland, FL who attends Santa Fe Catholic High School. Younger player with a lean frame and lots of room to develop physically. Posted a 7.46 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, showed a longer arm action, moved through the ball well with athleticism and developing arm strength. At the plate, started with a narrow, open base, hand set away from his body and a leg lift timing mechanism. Showed good lower half incorporation in his swing with quick hands and an elastic hand load into the swing. Worked very well up the middle and to the opposite field. Good student.
