Brett Gonzalez is a 2018 OF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Rolla, MO who attends Rolla HS. Big and strong build, fairly mature physically. Runs very well, 6.63 in the sixty, shows good arm strength in the outfield from a short and compact arm action, fields out front well. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and open stance, will close late on occasion, short upper body driven swing, looks to make contact out front with a line drive swing approach, hits to all fields and made solid game contact, high average approach, has the strength to open up his swing and add power in the future. Interesting raw tools to develop. Good student, signed with Southeast Missouri State.
