Ole Arntson is a 2017 1B/3B with a 6-5 215 lb. frame from Gresham, OR who attends La Salle College Prep High School. Large frame with a lean, projectable build with tons of room to fill out with age. Posted an impressive 6.96 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary first basemen, showed a strong arm across the diamond with good accuracy and smooth actions up to 85 mph. At the plate, started with an open, narrow base and a high hand set. Swung with real intent to drive the ball with a line drive plane and present bat speed. Showed tremendous raw power with a home run in batting practice. Also pitched, showed a long, loose arm action and an online landing. Inconsistent leg drive with a fastball that worked 80-83 mph that showed cutting action. Curveball showed 11-5 shape with some depth. Named to Top Prospect List.
