Alex Harrison is a 2017 1B/OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Gig Harbor, WA who attends Gig Harbor HS. Solid athletic build, good present strength with more to come. 7.44 runner, good speed and agility for first base, had young actions and fundamentals in the outfield. Right handed hitter, straight stance with a hand drop load and a good shift into contact, short quick swing with some strength behind it, high finish out front, tends to cut off his swing out front costing him some power, best contact pulling and the ball comes off the barrel hard when squared. More power there with better extension through the ball. Good student.
